Returns:
We are sorry that you are not as satisfied with your products as we are, however we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS NOR OFFER REFUNDS.
However, if you do not like a shade that you chose, we will accept an exchange within 7 business days of you receiving your order. Lip Bully is not responsible for shipping charges, as well as the new shipping charges.
Our policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the new product will be sent out within 2-3 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
